  • How can I get a quote?
    We usually give final and fixed quotes over the phone. If you require something specific however, we would prefer to organise a survey appointment for you.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?
    Setting up an appointment with us is simple. You can call us, submit an online request, enter our online chat facility, or use our PloGro App, which lets you book your whole service in just 4 clicks. If you have an account with us, you can even text us to secure an appointment.
  • Where can I find a list of prices?
    You can find the price list of the services we provide here on our website on the prices page. If the service you desire is not listed, call us on 9986993337 or get a free quote by submitting your postcode and desired work via our booking form. You’ll get a free quote and the answers to any other queries you may have about pricing or the services you would like for us to provide.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept cash, MasterCard, and Visa & all digital / wallet payments. If you have any questions about payment methods, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • When can you come?
    PloGro operates seven days a week, Monday-Sunday, with bank holiday appointments available too. Weather is not a factor for us - we can serve you even if the weather is bad.
  • What if it's raining?
    We check the forecast on a daily basis but all teams can perform a service even when it’s raining. However, if the weather surprises us and it’s not possible to ensure high quality results, we can easily shift appointments for you.
  • Where are you based?
    Our office is based in Sector-77, Gurgaon, but we have local teams all across the city, covering 100% of Delhi-NCR.
  • Are you a fully insured service provider?
    Yes
  • How many gardeners do you usually send?
    To perform a high-quality service we always send one professional gardener. Horticulture quality inspector will visit you post completion of services.
  • Will you need access to electricity?
    Not at all. We use top-notch petrol equipment. The only service that requires access to water and electricity is patio cleaning.
  • Can you supply soil, compost, flowers…?"
    Yes. As long as we are aware in advance what exactly needs to be provided, the team will bring it for you.
  • Are the employees fully trained and qualified?
    PloGro hires only fully trained professionals to perform your gardening and landscaping work. Local labour and expert assistance are the foundation of our business. We provide you with friendly and dependable specialist gardening and landscaping services.
  • What do you do when access to the garden is through the house?
    All teams are extremely careful and will ensure no dirt or damage is caused while going through your property. They always bring overshoes with them, and even a sheet to cover your hallway if necessary.
  • Can you maintain my garden after the initial tidy up?
    We can arrange regular maintenance as per your preferences and needs. We do our very best to always send the same gardeners to you, as they know the way you like things done. You can take the subscriptipn and handle the maintenance at your convenience.
  • Can you not only de-weed, but also clean my patio/driveway?"
    All teams are equipped with professional pressure washing machines, so they’ll be happy to jet wash the area to remove any dirt and moss, as well as pulling out the weeds.
  • Do you take away all the generated waste?
    We dispose of 180 litres of green waste for FREE. Anything extra will be neatly bagged ready for collection or can be taken away for an extra charge - Rs. 5 per bag.
